AGREEMENT OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Concerning: house rental of VILLA BELLE VUE with pool at Ladignac le long
Haute Vienne, France

I herewith agree to the following terms and conditions concerning the rental of the above property.

  1. I declare that I am over 18 years of age.
  2. I agree to rent the above property according to the dates stated on the Booking Form……………….………..….
  3. The rental period starts from Saturday 16.00pm and finishes on Saturday 10.00am
  4. The rental cost includes fuel (gas and/or firewood) electricity and water from May to October.  During off-peak season, an additional charge of €70 per week is to be paid to cover heating costs.
  5. The booking deposit is to be paid in euros by euro cheque or credit card payment made payable to: Freetime (UK) Ltd.
  6. The balance of the rental amount is to be paid directly to the owners in Euros by BANK TRANSFER. Please note: bank charges are at your own cost. Owners bank details will be provided on receipt of booking form. PLEASE NOTE: When making the bank transfer - please quote the arrival date on the transfer form.
  7. If the booking is made less than 6 weeks from the arrival date - the balance of the rental amount is to be paid directly to the owner in euros on arrival.
  8. A security deposit of 200 euros is required at the time of your arrival at the property and will be refunded in full at your departure subject to there being no damages or excess cleaning of the property.
  9. The booking deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation by yourselves.
  10. The total rental amount is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled by yourselves less than 6 weeks prior to the arrival date.
  11. The house is to be left in the same condition in which it was found at your arrival.
  12. Bed  linen and towels are not provided in the price but can be supplied for an additional cost of 12 euros per person per week and is to be paid directly to the House Keeper in euros on arrival. If bed linen and towels are required - please give notice.
  13. Any damage or breakage incurred by yourselves is to be reported to the owner.  All costs of repairs or replacements will be paid for by yourselves or deducted from the security deposit.
  14. All responsibilities (according to the law or otherwise) during your stay in the house and swimming pool are entirely at your own risk. Children should be supervised at all times in the vicinity of the swimming pool.
  15. In unforeseen situations concerning the property, you will contact the keyholder.
  16. The agent will try to accommodate you and will deal with any queries that may arise, however, any official complaints must be dealt with by the owner or his/her representative and a complaints form can be obtained from the agent.
  17. During your stay the maintenance of the garden will be taken care of. The pool will be cleaned on your arrival. However, during your stay - if further cleaning of the pool is required, this can be arranged with the housekeeper for an additional cost.
