The Villa and Grounds

This beautiful detached villa with pool, is situated on the edge of a pretty village and has the benefit of being on one level. The villa, which is set back from a quiet road, has a long driveway leading to a raised plot commanding magnificent views of the open rolling countryside. Beneath the villa there is a double garage with utility room and stairs lead down to the garage and utility room with freezer, additional large fridge, sink, washing machine, tumble drier and another separate WC.

The Lounge, Dining Area and Kitchen

The entrance hall gives access to all rooms:  sitting/dining room has  leather sofas, armchair, open log fire, TV hi-fi, dining table and chairs for 6 persons and lovely views from the enormous sliding patio windows (with electric shutters and electric awning).  There are French windows in all main rooms, leading onto front and rear terraces.  Fitted kitchen/diner plus further table and seating for 4 persons -  with dishwasher, microwave, built-in fridge. 

The Bedrooms

The corridor leads to bedroom 1: double bed and single bed.  Bedroom 2: king-size  bed with twin, electric adjustable, memory mattresses.  Bedroom 3: double bed with washbasin.  Bedroom 4: 2 singles and folding bed, washbasin.  Bathroom with shower cubicle.  Separate WC.  Stairs lead down to the garage and utility room with freezer, additional large fridge, sink, washing machine, tumble drier and another separate WC.  Cot, highchair and baby gate are all available on request.

The Swimming Pool

The villa has a lovely poolside area with decked terrace and sunloungers around the 10 x 5 metre 1.2 – 1.6 depth swimming pool which has a security cover and alarm.

The BBQ, Terrace and Gardens

The gardens are enclosed and not overlooked so you can enjoy your relaxing holiday in France in complete privacy. There is a large covered terrace area on two sides of the villa with seating for 12 persons with a built-in barbeque – perfect for outside dining and the place to be whilst watching the sunset and enjoying a glass of wine. Dogs are welcome and there is even a seperate enclosure for your dog to run around in.
