The rental period starts from Saturday 16.00pm and finishes on Saturday 10.00am….

The rental cost includes fuel (gas and/or firewood) electricity and water from May to October. During off-peak season, an additional charge of €70 per week is to be paid to cover heating costs.

The booking deposit is to be paid in euros either by euro cheque or credit card payment made payable to: Freetime (UK) Ltd.

The balance of the rental amount is to be paid directly to the owners in Euros by BANK TRANSFER. Please note: bank charges are at your own cost. Owners bank details will be provided on receipt of booking form. PLEASE NOTE: When making the bank transfer - please quote the arrival date on the transfer form.

If the booking is made less than 6 weeks from the arrival date - the balance of the rental amount is to be paid directly to the owner in euros on arrival.

The booking deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation by yourselves.

The total rental amount is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled by yourselves less than
6 weeks prior to the arrival date.

The house is to be left in the same condition in which it was found at your arrival.

A key/security deposit of 200 euros will be required at your arrival to cover any accidental damage/breakages. This security deposit will be refunded at your departure, subject to there being no damage to or excess cleaning of the property.

Any damage or breakage incurred by yourselves is to be reported to the owner. All costs of repairs or replacements will be paid for by yourselves.

All bed linen: duvet covers, pillow slips, sheets, duvets and pillows are supplied and included in the rental price. Towels are not supplied

For reasons of safety, The log fire is not to be used unless by prior consent with the owner.
- All responsibilities (according to the law or otherwise) during your stay in the house and swimming pool are entirely at your own risk.
Children should be supervised at all times in the vicinity of the swimming pool.

The cellar is used for storage by the owner and is not to be accessed by the renters.

We kindly ask that any items used (e.g. cleaning materials or food stocks) during your stay are replaced.

In unforeseen situations concerning the property, you will contact the owner.

The agent will try to accommodate you and will deal with any queries that may arise, however, any official complaints must be dealt by the owner and a complaints form can be obtained from the agent.

During your stay the maintenance of the garden will be taken care of.
