Notes to the rental rates

SPECIAL OFFER: For 2 persons only (June and September) reduced price of 600 euros per week.

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance due six weeks prior to the start of the holiday. If booking is made within 6 weeks, then full payment is required on arrival. Bookings are normally Saturday to Saturday except by special arrangement. A key/security deposit of 200 euros will also be required at your arrival to cover any accidental damage/breakages. This security deposit will be refunded at your departure, subject to there being no damage to or excess cleaning of the property. Heating is included in the price.
