Adiitional Booking Information
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance due six weeks prior to the start of the holiday.
Once the Booking Deposit has been received, you will be sent a Confirmation of Booking Document/Invoice - together with a Guest Information Guide. This will provide you with additional information on the villa and local area (e.g. market days, local restaurants and places of interest to visit) plus detailed maps and instructions on how to get to the villa.
If booking is made within 6 weeks, then full payment is required on arrival in euros.
Bookings are normally Saturday to Saturday except by special arrangement.
A key/security deposit of €200 will also be required at your arrival to cover any accidental damage/breakages. This security deposit will be refunded at your departure, subject to there being no damage to or excess cleaning of the property.
